About the order of transfer of
equipment for repairs
In the service center "Premium Production"
- Warranty equipment is accepted for repair / diagnostics from the customer with the original invoice and a complaint on the official letterhead of the organization;
- In case of receipt of equipment without original invoice and complaint, repairs / diagnostics will not be performed;
- Sending of warranty equipment for repair / diagnostics is carried out at the expense of the client, the equipment is sent from the repair at the expense of OOO Premium Production;
- In case of providing the customer with a device from the substitution fund, the client pays for the return transportation there and back independently;
- Diagnostics of the warranty equipment is free of charge;
- If the equipment is recognized as a warranty, its repair is free of charge.
